Hello my fellow bloggers, I hope you're having a great week! Well earlier this week I decided to venture a little - not very far but in what I was ordering. I haven't been eating red meat much in the past six months. I try to stay away from it and only eat fish or chicken or tofu. I don't think I have the self control to do completely vegetarian or vegan. More power to those of you who can! Kudos to you.
As it was time to order while we were at +The Cheesecake Factory ; I couldn't pick between something lighter (since it was already later) or something a little more filling. Finally I decided on their "Steak Dianne" which I have had before at a different location. I ordered medium rare and when I got it after waiting an hour to be seated and 20 minutes for food, it was medium well. I didn't make much of a fuss because I was ravenous. The server and manager were very nice and offered free dessert anyways.
Overall, I had a great experience and I am sure I will be back soon.

this included thin sliced steak, watercress, mushrooms, mashed potatoes, caramelized onions- yum!
